Overview

Mosquito net, also called machhar jali or mosquito mesh, is fine mesh that keeps insects out and lets air through. We sell it in rolls in fibreglass, aluminium, GI and stainless steel, and cut it at the counter to your window size.

Uses in Indore

It is fixed in window and door frames, vents, balconies and kitchen openings. Fibreglass is the lightest and cheapest and does not rust. Aluminium is firmer and does not rust. GI is zinc-coated steel and holds its shape, but it rusts once the coat wears off. Stainless steel lasts longest and resists cutting by rats.

Buying guide

Pick the material by the place: fibreglass or aluminium for ordinary windows, stainless steel for kitchens, damp rooms and rat-prone openings. Give us the frame width and height, add a little for fixing, and tell us the mesh count, which is the number of openings per inch. A higher count keeps out smaller insects but lets less air through.

Pricing factors

The rate depends on the material, the mesh count, the roll width and the length you buy. Ask us with the material, the width and the metres.

Why buy from HM Ibrahim & Co

Customers say the range of jali is the reason they come. We keep many meshes in stock at Siyaganj, cut from the roll to your size, retail and wholesale.
